The stars are from a Regatta Picture My Life card (included in the paper pack).
Using
the White Daisy Pigment ink for the waves allows it to pop on darker cardstock.
I heat set mine so I didn't have to wait for it to dry. I layered
the ink for the parrot by starting with Flaxen, then inking halfway with Lagoon
and inking the final 1/3 of the parrot with Thistle ink (going light to dark).
You can also use sponges to add different colors to a stamp.
