CTMH Confetti Wishes Birthday Scrapbook Layout

This beautiful layout showcases most of the fabulous papers in the Confetti Wishes collection!!  I love the use of White Daisy cardstock as the base for the layout, allowing the colors from the papers to pop and provide a perfect backdrop for a fun celebration!

The large scallop was cut using the CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy (<Circle2> at 11").  The balloon and journaling tag complements were popped up using our 3D Foam Tape.  The gold gems and gold shimmer trim add celebration and fun to the elements, making this the a fabulous layout for your celebration photos!!
