I love the inverted banners as the focal point for this card!  A unique way to use up scraps of paper!!  

This card features the Live Beautifully papers and coordinating stamp set!  The sentiment was stamped in black ink.  The heart was cut from the Basic Hearts Thin Cuts (Z3317) and accented with Gold Shimmer Trim and White Dots!
