This is the 1st project from the Celebrate Today Scrapbooking Workshop. I love the
dimension and vibrancy of the pinwheels and circles as the backdrop for this
page. Even better is how simple the Celebrate
Today workshop makes assembling these pages with the pre-cut die-cuts to
minimize the cutting you have to do!!
