The
mermaid tail was stamped with Lagoon ink, then the edges of the image inked in
Pansy ink to give the 2-tone look. The image and the sentiment are from
the Make Waves Cardmaking Stamp + Thin Cuts set. I also used the Thin Cuts Basics Circles to cut out the white base for the mermaid tail.
