Each time Close to My Heart releases a new Idea Book, I love looking through all the new products and beautiful new artwork! This Summer Idea Book was no exception! Tons of great ideas and new products...and one of my FAVORITEs is the New Zippidee collection! I love the vibrant colors...and of course with my boys, I'm constantly scrapbooking with reds and blues, so this collection is being used on many of my layouts!
Fortunately, I've been finding time to scrapbook here in Florida, so am making progress on my "backlog" of photos! These pictures show my boys on their "brand new" (okay, when the pictures were taken, they were brand new, now they've already moved onto "bigger boy bikes")! Hopefully I'll have those photos scrapbooked soon!
I love how playful the Zippidee paper pack is...it's easy to identify it as "Disney-type" paper, and even has some great stickease and stamp sets for amusement parks (so this may appear again when I scrapbook the family visiting me here in Florida!) ;0) But the paper is so versatile that I've been able to use it in a wide-range of layouts, cards, and projects! Keep checking back as I continue to post pictures of my Zippidee adventures!
Add a little dimension with the Dimensional Elements Stars (Z1312, $3.25) that you can color, cover or stamp to suit your project! I've also added some black waxy flax (Z1089 $3.95) and buttons from the Holiday collection (Z1285, $7.95) to give that extra something!
