CTMH Family Time ~ Reasons to Smile Scrapbook Layout

This is the 12th layout I created using 2 of the Reasons to Smile Cut Above Kits.  I added black shimmer trim across the layout for some extra pop.  And love the notebook paper strip under the Family Time title!
