CTMH Hawthorn Autumn Days Scrapbook Layout

This is the 5th of the 6 layouts I created using the Hawthorn Paper Pack + Sticker Sheet, with the Coordinating Cardstock and Complements.  

This layout was created using the Make it From Your Heart Volume 3, Pattern #3.
