CTMH Confetti Wishes Birthday Candle Card

Something about these birthday candles makes me want to follow a wavy pattern!  I just can't stand cutting any of those fun candles off…so fussy cutting to keep the candles intact is working for me!  

I've added our vellum layered Candles icon from the Confetti Wishes Assortment as a focal point, then splashed around with some more of my sparkles…who can resist?!  The banner tags are from the Confetti Wishes Complements and a touch of gold shimmer trim to finish the card off!
