CTMH Regatta Making Memories Scrapbook Layout

This layout uses the Regatta Papers along with cardstock and Whimsy Fundamentals paper.  My favorite part of the layout is the “banner” across the center of the layout that creates the focal cluster for the photos and embellishments!

The waves were stamped in White Daisy Pigment ink, which I heat set to allow them to dry quicker.  The title, arrows and other stickers came from the Whimsy Fundamentals Stickers.

The bitty sparkles and pink gems give the touch of bling to dress up the layout. Foam tape is used on the stamp images to give them additional dimension on the page.
