CTMH Pathfinding Scrapbook Layout
This fall layout was created following the Close to My
Heart - Make It From Your Heart Volume 1 pattern book, pattern #12. I love the bronze shimmer trim, placing it
between the strips of paper, to give the layout some bling and pop!

The Rosewood Mini-Medleys are still a favorite and so
pretty with the Pathfinding collection!
